Shipping Information

Currently we ship to the Canada and the US. You will be able to see your shipping costs at check out. All products are handmade to order in Canada. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to be made and delivered. Delivery times will vary based on Canada Post. 

Zenwand is located in British Columbia, Canada. Duties and customs may apply to our American customers.* Please note, we do not have any control over customs fees or the length of time it will take for your order to clear customs. If you have any questions or if you wish to ship express, please contact us.

Returns & Exchanges

Please note that we will only do exchanges. We do not do refunds on any purchases.

We do not accept any returns that have been worn or stretched. 

If you have chosen the wrong size, you may exchange within 7 days. Shipping and handling fees are not covered by ZenWand and are the responsibility of the sender. If you are concerned that you do not know your size, you can refer to our sizing chart.

If your item arrives broken or breaks within the 7 days of arrival or you didn’t receive the one you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
